Teenage superhero enthusiasts can test their puzzle-solving skills by visiting the Superhero Final Exam Escape Room at the South Garland Branch Library. The escape room will be available from 10:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9 and Saturday, Aug. 10.
The escape room will be set up as a high school for teens training to become superheroes. Each team will solve a series of puzzles in order to free another superhero from a prison cell.
Participants can sign up in teams of two to six for 20-minute time slots in which to solve the puzzles and ‘escape’ the room. Registration is required and participation is limited to patrons ages 13 through 18.
The South Garland Branch Library is located at 4845 Broadway Blvd., at Oates Road. Please be aware that photographs and video may be taken at Library programs for use in print and/or electronic media at the Library’s discretion.
