Do all the kitchen things at this fun, very hands-on kids summer camp. Through the week, we will explore molecular gastronomy with some combination of the following: dehydrating (fruit and meat), electric juicing, boba tea syrup sphere-making and tea brewing, pizza baking, salad dressing and ice cream concoctions and composting.
Campers will use an oven, food processor, dehydrator, mixer, worm bin, and tons of common kitchen utensils.
This STEM camp is half a day and best suited for kids aged 9-14.
