Description: This summer camp explores the colorful and dynamic screen-printing process. Students will learn basic screen-printing techniques that utilize stencil-making, clay block out, and photo emulsion as they create prints on paper.
In the tradition of printmaking, students will learn to utilize layers, mix colors, and create print editions all while finding themselves in a community of like-minded makers.
Participants are invited to do a print trade at the end of the summer camp and donate a print to the Art Room Collection.
The summer camp session is open to the public—ages 12 to 18. All supplies are included.
