We're gearing up for a Summer Cooking Camp, and we want to try out all the kitchen things beforehand.
Kids 8-14 can join us for this fun pilot where we will explore molecular gastronomy with some combination of the following: dehydrating (fruit and meat), electric juicing, boba tea syrup sphere-making and tea brewing, pizza baking, salad dressing and ice cream concoctions and composting.
Day campers will use an oven, food processor, dehydrator, mixer, and tons of common kitchen utensils.
Kids who participate in the pilot camp will receive a color-changing cup and a WorkChops collectible apron.
