"Only an Orphan Girl"

Weatherford College fine arts present “Only an Orphan Girl” February 28 through March 3 in the Alkek Fine Arts Center.

Director James Brownlee described “Only an Orphan Girl” as “a traditional melodrama, the type that patrons would have enjoyed at local Texas opera houses, complete with a villain in a black top hat and a helpless damsel tied to a log that’s headed straight for the buzz saw.”

Show times are 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free, and doors open a half-hour prior to the start time.
