Sammons Center for the Arts Presents José André Montaño

Sammons Center for the Arts

Returning to the Sammons Center this March, José André Montaño will perform in a one-night-only concert. Born blind with cerebral palsy, José has stunned audiences all over the world with his artistry, speed, and accuracy. His playful and inspired compositions bridge jazz, rock, blues, bossa nova, Latin American folklore, and world music.

In honor of the Sammons Center’s commitment to sharing the therapeutic power of the arts, José, and the great work they do on behalf of the blind and visually impaired, proceeds for this concert will benefit the Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind.

This concert will be held at the Sammons Center for the Arts, 3630 Harry Hines at Oak Lawn. Tickets are $50 per person or $150 for reserved seating. Both include beverages, dinner, and valet parking. Doors open at 7:00 p.m.; the concert begins approximately at 7:30 p.m. Dress is casual.
