We're celebrating on Thursday, February 14, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., when renowned chef Eustace Wehner will join us for an amazing evening of delectable delights, amazing wines from our California boutique winery partners, live music, beautiful art, and all the energy that is Frisco Fine Art. The menu includes coconut rum risotto with jerk shrimp and cilantro puree, asparagus wrapped in beef, char siu beef and cucumber bites, chile pineapple chicken skewers and chocolate ganache-dipped strawberry cheesecake bites. Pairing with dinner will be Wine Ambassador CEO Lou Zant's best picks from the Wine Country: 2016 Carmel Ridge Chardonnay, 2012 Labelle Bordeaux Blend, 2014 Canihan Exuberance Syrah, and 2017 Parables in White Chenin Blanc + Viognier.
