Kids ages 8 to 12 can create origami, to give to their best friends on Valentine’s Day at the South Garland Branch Library. The event will take place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12.
Event attendees will receive step-by-step instruction for creating origami mini-stars, complete with motivational messages. Participants will fold enough stars to fill a small jar, which they can give as a Valentine’s Day gift.
