Sammons Cabaret: Diana Sheehan

Some of the most gorgeous melodies ever composed get Diana Sheehan’s magical touch when she sings treasures like “Smoke Gets In Your Eyes” and “The Way You Look Tonight.” Respected for her expansive stage work off-Broadway, on national tours, and in regional theaters across the nation, her cabaret shows have been produced in New York, Boston, and San Francisco. Diana’s breathtaking vocals and skilled interpretations are on full display when she performs “Liner Notes: A Life in Song” as the Carson Series of Sammons Cabaret continues its spring season.

Sammons Cabaret is held at the Sammons Center for the Arts, 3630 Harry Hines at Oak Lawn. Tickets are $45 per person and include beverages, light appetizers, and valet parking. Refreshments are served beginning at 7:00 p.m. concerts begin at 8:00 p.m. Each concert features two performance sets of about 40 minutes each with an intermission between. Dress is generally business casual, but some wear cocktail attire.
