Follow a history in music and dance about the origins of Spanish dance with Yjastros’s Flamenco Company, from Albuquerque’s National Institute of Flamenco. Celebrated Spanish choreographer Daniel Doña will bring an exciting new look to this voyage from 16th C Spain fandangos and folías, traditional chaconnes and jacaras, to the elegant ‘escuela bolero’, leading up to modern day flamenco.
