On December 1st, 2018, SWEA Dallas' annual St. Lucia celebration and Yule Bazaar kicks off the holiday season for the Swedish Community in the DFW metroplex. A candlelit procession of St. Lucia and her attendants brings centuries-old traditional Swedish choral music to the sanctuary of Lover's Lane United Methodist Church and is followed by a Yule Bazaar offering food and holiday gift items for sale in the commons area. The doors to the bazaar open at 10 a.m. and the procession starts at 11 a.m.
