The Wilcox Space, at the heart of Exposition Park in Dallas, is the former studio of the painter John Wilcox (1954-2012) and a site for the exhibition, study, and documentation of the work of painters whose practices, like Wilcox’s, bring together the craft of painting and exploration of the nature of the medium itself.
The fall show at The Wilcox Space will feature the work of Liz Trosper, curated by John Pomara. It will be accompanied by a small printed catalogue with an essay by Danielle Avram.
