The annual book sale features thousands of donated, gently-used and well-organized books, CDs, DVDs, audio-books, LPs, and other media items at bargain prices. Credit/debit cards, cash, and checks accepted. All proceeds from the book sale benefit the Lakewood Branch Library.
9/14 - Members Only Preview Sale, 6:30-8 pm. Memberships available at the door and at http://www.lakewoodlibraryfriendsdallas.org/be-a-friend.html.
9/15 - Book sale opens to the public, 10 am - 5 pm. Free children activities 10am-4pm during LibraryFest.
9/21 - Sale continues 1-5 pm
9/22 - Sale continues 10 am – 5 pm. Special prices during final hours of the sale.
