This workshop will begin with a brief intro on film photography. Next, we will hit the streets with film-loaded cameras for our photo walkabout. Throughout the walk, students will be given mini-tutorials about the technical aspects of photography (composition, lighting, etc.), and have any questions addressed by the instructor. This is a fun opportunity to take photos with a vintage camera, have your film processed, and learn about film photography with Dallas Film Lab. Students are encouraged to bring their own personal film camera (but not required). One roll of film will be provided and will then be processed, digitally scanned, and returned to the student within 14 days via email. After your one roll of film, additional film will be available for purchase. Participants will receive a coupon code for discounted processing with Dallas Film Lab.
