Wet Felting with Wool

Saturday, Sept 15 , 3-6pm Location: 817 W. Davis Street #110 Instructor: Umut Demirguc Thurman # of Students: 4 - 10 Wet felting is a process of condensing wool fibers using hot water and soap. It can be used to create felted fabrics to make wearables such as hats, jackets, scarves or shawls. In this workshop, students will learn the basics of wet felting to create a fabric that can turn into a small bag or wearable. All tools and materials are provided.
