The Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition celebrates the exciting research conducted by Ph.D. students. Using ultrasound to reduce the need for surgery, building the next generation of chemical sensors to save lives, and utilizing engineering methods to minimize breastfeeding complications are only three research areas UT Dallas graduate students are exploring. Join in on the fun as some of the 2018 UTD 3MT® finalists take three minutes to explain what they are doing, how they are doing it, and what they plan to do next.
