The Plano Food and Wine Festival on Saturday, October 6, will be at The Shop of Willow Bend in their new restaurant area called "The District." The festival is free and will feature 100 wines, 20 restaurants, play zone for kids, beer, cocktails, local artists, 100 boutiques, 4 bands, and a grape stomping contest.
