Fair Park's 2018 Free Summer Movie Series continues June 20 with "Wonder Woman," a 2017 American superhero film based on the DC Comics character of the same name.
Movies will be shown on Wednesdays at dusk at the Museum Green lawn area (near the Natural History Building). The start time will be approximately 8:00 p.m. (movies will not start until complete darkness).
Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, Princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, Diana meets an American pilot (Chris Pine) who tells her about the massive conflict that's raging in the outside world. Convinced that she can stop the threat, Diana leaves her home for the first time. Fighting alongside men in a war to end all wars, she finally discovers her full powers and true destiny.
