Spring Gala

Millermuller ballet presents its 11th annual Spring Gala at the Plaza Theatre in downtown Garland on Friday, May 25th. Delicate and elegant ballet favorites from “Sleeping Beauty”, “Esmeralda” and more blend with bold contemporary works to create a memorable dance experience for all ages. Company director, Hope Miller, sets the point and counter-point of ballet and Irish dance in “Dogs Among the Bushes” and highlights the camaraderie of dance in “Rehearsal @ 12:15”. The premiere of “Cascade” pulls the audience into a dream world floating on the haunting music of Ottorino Respighi. Students of Heritage School of Classical Ballet will join in with folk ballet, delicate waltzes and ballet comique. And guest artist Sarah Stoffels returns to our stage with her powerful and moving contemporary work, “Experience”.
