UNT Music Entrepreneurship Competition!

UNT Career Development and Entrepreneurship in MusicCollege is the best time to start a business. Come watch young musicians and entrepreneurs present their first business plans and win cash prizes at the College of Music's second annual UNT Music Entrepreneurship Competition   Founded by Dr. Fabiana ClaureDirector of Career Development and Entrepreneurship in Music, the UNT Music Entrepreneurship Competition invites music students to write and submit business plans for the chance to win cash prizes and launch their businesses.

There are almost $20,000 in cash prizes!

Students have been preparing for this opportunity for months, and April 22, will mark the Grand Finale of the competition, where the judges determine the top competitors and give out prizes. The audience will also have a chance to vote on their favorite business plans. Join us Sunday to watch young musicians become young business leaders!

News Coverage of the Music Entrepreneurship Competition Grand Final and Award Ceremony, open to the public

Recital Hall, College of Music
Cost: Free

After the awards ceremony, join us for the reception in the commons area of the College of Music. You'll be able to meet the judges, greet the competition participants and organizers. Please RSVP for the reception by April 13th by emailing the competition director at [email protected].

We will also live-stream the Grand Finale via our program's Facebook page. If you can't make it in person, be sure to join us online and vote for your favorite team!
