No prior experience with Buddhism or meditation is necessary.

Speaker's Bio:
Cecilia was born in Mexico City and has used meditation techniques in different stages of her life to improve quality and health. In 1989 she met her root teachers, Lama Ole and Hannah Nydahl. In 2000, per Lama Ole’s request, Cecilia started to teach in México, where she helped to start and establish different Diamond Way Buddhist groups and centers, and since 2012 she has been teaching Diamond Way Buddhism abroad in Latin America, Spain, Russia, Poland, Check Republic, and USA. Cecilia lives near México City in a small town Metepec with her husband Carlos, where she started a Diamond Way Center. Cecilia works as a Clinical Psychologist, helping children with learning, emotional and behavior problems. In her free time, she paints, rides motorcycles, and facilitates animal adoption.
