Children's Music and Art Festival in Carrolton

This is a charitable festival with all proceeds benefiting children of Orange Penguin Foundation.

The goal of this festival is to provide exposure to aspiring musicians and amazing young artists of all levels. Each child is uniquely talented and deserves to be in the spotlight. We hope to encourage creativity and positive self-expression for all.

There will be awards given to top 3 performers or artists in each category, but most importantly- each participant will be provided with the written feedback to encourage their further growth and development as a musician or an artist.The participants pay the registration fee, festival is free to the public.to the public to the public.
