Capoeira Angola de Sao Bento Grande: Workshops

Capoeira Angola de Sao Bento Grande Featuring Mestre Preto Velho

Capoeira is a fighting art created by Africans enslaved in Brazil. It utilizes fluid, dance-like movements to simultaneously attack and evade. Many techniques are executed on the hand and in inverted positions. While it has dance-like elements, Capoeira is a combat art unlike any other, but on par with any other.
