Euphoria
*A Collection of Work by Sarah Barnett*
The intent of this exhibition is to explore concepts of vulnerability, anxiety, and pain in both an ethical and spiritual sense, often through a psychotropic lens. Though relatively vague, the work is meant to pose questions on the paradoxical relationships of love and suffering, life and death, and the notion of sin and morality. While it visually communicates a sense of unease and suspense, simultaneous feelings of intimacy and introspection exist as well. There is a fine line between opposites when felt with such intensity.” - Sarah Barnett
