The Fort Worth Library is proud to welcome Wayne Wiegand for a discussion of his new book, The Desegregation of Public Libraries in the Jim Crow South: Civil Rights and Local Activism. Seating is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a Q & A session after Mr. Wiegand’s presentation. Wayne A. Wiegand is a F. William Summers Professor of Library and Information Studies Emeritus and professor of American Studies at Florida State University.
