The Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts – Turner House debuts Derby Day at Turner House on Saturday, May 5, 2018, from 3-7 p.m. Turner House is located adjacent to the Bishop Arts District at 401 N. Rosemont Avenue, Dallas, 75208. Styled as a whimsical and luxurious lawn party, Derby Day at Turner House will feature:
- Live music provided by Matt Tolentino and the Singapore Slingers
- Fashion Show featuring The House of MacGregor Millinery
- Bourbon Cart serving bourbon on the rocks and mint juleps
- Fabulous food by Chef Justo Blanco
- The 144th Kentucky Derby Race Live on Big Screen TV
“The Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts offers so much to our Dallas community by presenting the Rising Star exhibition, the Salon Series, and hosting numerous nonprofit and community organizations. I wanted to create a fun and welcoming new event to introduce people to this great organization,” said Justo Blanco, Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts board member and Derby Day at Turner House event chair.

General tickets are $50 per person.
The debut year of Derby Day at Turner House is sponsored by JC Barker and Lee Ruiz, Glen Jones, Chris Kouvelis, James Prothro and Alfred Martinez, and Janet Woods/Morgan Stanley. Funds raised will go toward restoration efforts of the historic Turner House and launch a Membership Campaign for Fall 2018.
