A neuroscientist and a nonbiological human find themselves on a collision course of technology and ethics as they confront the protean nature of human consciousness in the 21st century.
Sue Birch (Artistic Director of Theatre Britain) stars as Claire, a retiring neuroscientist tasked with one final project – to teach the newest advancement in artificial intelligence (Michael Salimitari, Perfect Wedding) how to be human. This new play draws on current research in artificial intelligence and robotics to explore the painful divide between creator & creation and the ethical minefield that awaits us all in the very near future. Limited seating. Free parking.
