Bj Stricker & The Kings
Singer-songwriter BJ Stricker and his band The Kings’ music comes in the form of dynamic contrast in sound. Drawing from influences from folk and rock to blues and jazz fusion, the Dallas musician’s infectious tunes are derived from the very human struggles. From Thom Yorke to Neil Young, Amos Lee to his biggest inspiration, Dave Matthews, Stricker’s sound and songwriting is eclectic and melodious. With musical musings coming at unexpected moments in life, his midnight melodies are faceted to make the listener feel a specific way. “I just need one really good line to start a ripple effect for the rest of the song,” he says, “then I allow the story and song to write itself.” In addition to Stricker, “The Kings” include Ryan Dahir (sax), Connor Pickle (drums), David Wilson (guitar) and Patrick Smith (bass). Each rising the caliber of this Dallas musicianship, creating a sound unique in the Big D.

Parker Twomey Music
Parker Twomey, Songwriter/Storyteller. Twomey released his debut album, titled "Floating" in May, 2017. Recorded at Ramble Creek Recording Studio in Austin, TX and produced by Will Johnson (Centro-matic/Monsters of Folk) and Britton Beisenherz (Monahans/Milton Mapes). Twomey and his Americana/Alt-Country band continue to perform at festivals and venues around Texas. He has had featured articles in Modern Luxury Magazine, D Magazine, Vents Magazine, and appeared on Good Morning Texas where he performed his single, “Sweater”. New singles will be released in 2018.

Mitchell Ferguson
The 24 year old Singer/Songwriter, based out of Dallas, TX has been cutting his teeth on stages all over the United States for several years. Ferguson got his start as a songwriter serving as the front man for the Dallas based Psych-Rock band The Louisiana Purchase. After releasing several albums in that outfit, Ferguson took the dive into his solo career. In 2015, he released his debut solo album In Search of Certainty, recorded at Verge Music Works in Dallas, TX (Sixpence None The Richer). After several tours and various theatre gigs across the US, the road brought Ferguson to St. Louis, Missouri in early 2017, where he recorded his upcoming EP Basement Statements at Native Sound Recording (Pokey LaFarge, Aaron Lee Tasjan, Beth Bombara). The first single from the release, "More Than A Drug" showcases Ferguson's soulful Texas blues roots. Crate Diggers Dallas describes his sound as "...reminiscent of Robert Plant, mixed with a little Gary Clark Jr.".
