For the last 25 years, The British Emporium has been the premier resource in North Texas for British groceries, gifts, teapots and pop culture items. The store will celebrate its Silver Anniversary with a concert by local Beatles tribute band, “A Hard Night’s Day” at 8 p.m. on Saturday, February 24 at the Historic Palace Theatre in Downtown Grapevine.
Over the course of two hours, guests will travel down “Abbey Road” with memories of their favorite Beatles tunes, complete with costumes straight out of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. “A Hard Night’s Day” has been a local favorite for nearly 24 years, playing at venues throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, as well as across the globe, including the Cavern Club in Liverpool, where it all began for The Beatles.
