One of North Texas' most highly-acclaimed art galleries is opening up its walls to each and every artist that comes to its doors -- on a First Come, First Serve basis. With a mission to give artists an esteemed platform for showing their work, Owner Lauren Child's is excited to fill the gallery with the works of local, regional, and national artists that want to showcase their work on the high-profile white walls of Fort Works Art.
In complement to the main gallery exhibition, Fort Works Art’s satellite space will feature a debut show by graffiti and outsider artist Alex Genovez aka “Stale”. Stale will add his authentic graffiti style covering the walls of the satellite gallery and then intersperse layers of his two-dimensional collage and illustration work on top.
