“20 under 20” is a juried art exhibit showcasing 20 emerging artists from Collin County. The selected 20 artists have to be under the age of 20 as of January 28, 2018, and are competing in all types of media. The Allen Arts Alliance is awarding monetary prizes to the top 3 finalists.
