What better way to celebrate the New Year by supporting live music? Saturday January 6th, come see The Page Turners bring their sharp and adept original music to Opening Bell Coffee in Dallas. This is a very special one-time event that also features special guests Max Schwartz (of Laurie Lewis and the Right Hands) and Ethan Setiawan (of OctoPladd)- you won’t want to miss it! Music starts at 9:30 pm and you can find tickets at www.openingbellcoffee.com or in person at the venue.
The Page Turners are an award-winning group (2016 Freshgrass Best Duo) who have a strong foothold in the US acoustic music scene. Their partnership began as musical friends at Berklee College of Music, and they started playing together through a mutual admiration for musical authenticity and adventurousness. The Page Turners write agile and poignant original music, as well as put new twists on old favorites. All together, they blend their love of bluegrass, whiskey-fueled old-time, country, swing, and fearless song-writing into one all-purpose seasoning of good ole' fashioned roots music. The Page Turners are on tour nationally, their debut self-titled album is now available, and you can catch them where they turn the page next.
