Melinda Wood Allen is a singer/songwriter/actress/choral director who performs in many genres, musical theatre to classical to jazz to gospel to folk.
She has performed with Fort Worth Opera, Southwestern Opera Theatre, toured widely with the Fort Worth Symphony's Best of Broadway series, and joined the Texas tour of the Michael Martin Murphy Band, singing country music (and yodeling).
Her love of musical theater leads her to performing regularly at DFW venues including Circle Theatre, Stage West, Casa Manana, Jubilee, Hip Pocket, WaterTower Theatre and others.
