Dvorak’s elegant Romance for Violin follows, with featured soloist Diane Kitzman, faculty member and principal first violin of the Dallas Symphony. The program concludes with Leos Janacek’s expressive, festive Sinfonietta, a 1926 work that begins and ends with fanfares for brass instruments.
