Explaining Russia’s Schizophrenic Policy toward the U.S.

An SMU Tower Center event presented by Dr. Kimberly Martin. Dr. Martin is the Ann Whitney Olin Professor of Political Science at Barnard College, Columbia University. The presentation will focus on Russia’s schizophrenic policies toward the US in 2016 and 2017 as well as what the future may hold for the Russian-US relationship.
