Children can meet and read with certified therapy dogs this fall at the Garland Libraries. The therapy dogs will visit the Central Library on Saturday, Dec. 16 at 2:30 p.m.
A selection of books will be available at the event for children to read to the dogs. Children waiting to read may work on a fleece blanket that will be donated to the Garland Animal Shelter.
The Central Library is located at 625 Austin St., in Downtown Garland. Please be aware that photographs and video may be taken at Library programs for use in print and/or electronic media at the Library’s discretion. For more information on program, please call 972-205-2516.
