Angelia Ford Connections

Haley-Henman Gallery

For her third solo exhibition of new drawings, Angelia Ford presents a series of mixed media works using graphite and encaustics to revisit her "conversations with homeless men and women, friends and loved ones to capture the spirit of the person that makes such a difference in the world."  Haley-Henman is particularly pleased that Ford's exhibition will be held when we begin the Holidays with Thanksgiving, and coincides with Project Elf Dallas.  This will the fourth annual fundraiser held by Project Elf at The Workroom.

Project Elf Dallas is a group of volunteers working to support families or individuals who are transitioning out of homeless shelters.  Admission to the fundraiser is through the front door of the gallery and then into The Workroom by donating a $35 gift card on Saturday, November 11, 7-11 pm, with wonderful refreshments.  Angelia Ford and Haley-Henman Gallery will donate 10% of all sales during the time of the fundraiser to Project Elf.

Gallery hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12-5 pm, and by appointment call 214-532-3225.  Ford opening reception for Connections is Saturday, November 4, 5-8 pm and is free and open to the public. Free parking for Haley-Henman Gallery at Gallery 422 at The Workroom is at the corner of 422 Singleton Boulevard and Beeville Street in the Trinity Groves neighborhood.
