Experience farm-to-table fundamentals--the basics of sourcing and cooking with local ingredients. Learn preparations of a four-course meal centered on seasonal produce. Tastings of all recipes will be served. As Chef Lyford likes to create meals from the very freshest, most seasonal ingredients, the menu will not be set until the week of the event.
