46th Annual Candlelight - a historic holiday celebration for all ages – this year’s theme “Cultures of Candlelight”: Saturday, Dec. 9 and Sunday, Dec. 10, 3 – 9 p.m.; Discount Tickets available online through December 7: $10/Adult, $8/Senior and $6/Child; Gate: $12/Adult, $10/Senior and $8/Child.

Cultures of Candlelight will highlight the many cultures featured at Dallas Heritage Village and their holiday traditions. Attendees will experience holiday traditions of the late 1800s including carolers, hay wagon rides, holiday storytelling, entertainment, hand-weaving, blacksmithing, St. Nicholas, interpreters in traditional costume, and many other festive activities such as the American Flyer model train exhibit in the Depot. A variety of historic buildings, circa 1840-1910, will be decorated for the holidays. Festive foods will be available for purchase from food trucks as well as a bake sale, traditional kettle korn, nuts and more.
