Jigsaw Puzzle Saturdays for Teens

Nicholson Memorial Library System - Central Library

Teens ages 13 to 17 can reduce stress while working out their brains at Jigsaw Puzzle Saturdays at Garland’s Central Library.

Puzzle building is thought to improve visual perception and coordination, enhance creativity and problem solving, and can be therapeutic. Teens can take advantage of these benefits each Saturday, Oct. 7 through Nov. 25 by working on a puzzle in the Teen Area of the Central Library. Teens will have all day to work on the puzzle and can drop in anytime during open hours. Each week’s puzzle will be different, so there will be a new challenge each week.

The Central Library is located at 625 Austin St., in Downtown Garland. Please be aware that photographs and video may be taken at Library programs for use in print and/or electronic media at the Library’s discretion. For more information on the program, please call 972-205-2516.
