THANKSGIVING CODE CAMP: Scratch & Python

Mess Labs

Join us for three days of analog logic games and guided exploration of MIT’s Scratch program (for Beginners) and Python (for children ready to learn a new language).

Campers will learn to code and make their own games and other projects in these popular languages.

Each day will also feature analog deductive reasoning exercises and even some experiences in either robotics, VR, art, or electronics.

Camp is best for girls and boys who are six through twelve years old. We will provide tablets/laptops, but campers are welcome to bring their own devices, too. Snacks and water provided; campers should bring a bag lunch each day.

Camp meets Monday, November 20 – Wednesday, November 22, 9 a.m. -2 p.m. daily, M-W

Please note that we have moved from Downtown to East Dallas, and this Camp will take place at our new Makerspace on S. Fitzhugh.
