Block Party at the Library is a free event open to children ages 4 through 12 and their caregivers. Children ages 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult in order to attend. The Library provides all supplies used at this event. The South Garland Branch Library is located at 4845 Broadway Blvd., at Oates Road.
