Trinity River Wind Festival (POSTPONED)

The 6th Trinity River Wind Festival is postponed given the current situation in Texas due to Hurricane Harvey and the amount of City of Dallas services redirected to the ongoing assistance and relief efforts throughout the state. A new date will be announced at a later time. We hope your family and friends are safe.

City of Dallas and Trinity Commons Foundation present the most unique FREE festival in the Southwest celebrating kites and wind-driven recreation along with green vendors and activities. September 16 is also a day to salute Mexican Independence Day. So much FREE: admission, kites (while supplies last), activities, public kite flying, show kites, stunt kites, arts, crafts, dance, trail walks.
