After Party Jazz Jam Sessions and Nightlife Hotel Entertainment Part of Dallas' First Annual Riverfront Jazz Festival
Dallas’ first annual Riverfront Jazz Festival, presented and produced by The Black Academy of Arts and Letters (TBAAL), will include AFTER PARTY JAZZ JAM SESSIONS plus FREE LIVE MUSIC AT SIX DOWNTOWN DALLAS HOTELS during this Labor Day Weekend, Sept. 1-3, 2017.
“This is a celebration of music and we want everyone to sample a taste,” said Curtis King, TBAAL Founder and President and the festival’s creator and producer. “Live music is intoxicating. We’re offering as many opportunities for people to partake and enjoy more great jazz, R&B, Neo-Soul, Blues and Hip-Hop music.”
Tickets are $20 per night for the Friday and Saturday, midnight to 2 a.m. jam sessions at TBAAL in the Dallas Convention Center Theater Complex, 1309 Canton Street.
TBAAL’s House Band, hosted by Shake Anderson, will showcase the house-rocking party, but musicians are invited to bring their instruments and join the jam session fun. Although there is no fee required for musicians to participate, they are asked to sign-up on site with the night’s jam session host.
