“Thee Awakening” showcases the different cultures, rituals and traditions of various ethnic groups reigning from the Ivory Coast and Guinea, West Africa. It focuses on a woman, Adjoua Kouassi who allowed herself to be stripped completely from her African roots upon relocating to America. Join us under the tree as we embark upon her journey through self realization and surrendering to her truth as a woman.
