Martin Luther

W.E. Scott Theatre at Arts Fort Worth

Puritan Productions premieres, Martin Luther, a historical drama, with ballet and chorus. 2017 marks the 500th anniversary of Martin Luther nailing his 95 Theses to the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany, which sparked the beginning of the Protestant Reformation.  This production is based on the life and works of Martin Luther, a German monk, who was a seminal figure in the Reformation and translating the Bible into German.  Martin Luther follows Puritan Productions’ acclaimed performances of The Pilgrim's Progress and A Wretch Like Me:  The Story of Amazing Grace.

Performances are scheduled to run in October 2017, with one weekend in Fort Worth and one weekend in Garland.
