Learn to Play Mah Jong

Adults can learn to play mahjong, the tile-based Chinese game of strategy, at the Central Library on Wednesday, June 21 at 7 p.m.

Part of the Library’s Adult Summer Reading Program, this event will feature a mahjong instructor who will relate the game’s history, its rules, and its strategy. Questions will be answered and hands-on instruction will be available for interested individuals.

The Central Library is located at 625 Austin St., in Downtown Garland. Please be aware that photographs and video may be taken at Library programs for use in print and/or electronic media at the Library’s discretion.
