Join us for THE UPRISING, the Official After-Party for Dallas Theater Center’s Centerstage 2017 Gala: REVOLUTION & REVELRY. For the first time in DTC history, an official After-Party experience will be held at the Dee & Charles Wyly Theatre on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 9:30 p.m. THE UPRISING will include cocktails, bites and live entertainment by the Grammy Award-Winning DJ Spinderella.

Perhaps you’ve heard of a little musical that has gotten just a tiny bit of attention in NYC — HAMILTON? But did you know that many of the cast and creative team of Hamilton have collaborated with Dallas Theater Center? And now, they are coming back to Dallas!
Sydney James Harcourt, an original cast member of Hamilton, as well as current Hamilton cast member Elizabeth Judd, will be at Centerstage 2017 and will join us for the After-Party experience.
Single tickets are $175 and can be purchased atwww.DallasTheaterCenter.org/centerstage. Host Committee tickets are $250 each ($500) and include recognition on after-party materials. A portion of ticket prices are tax-deductible.
Proceeds from THE UPRISING will benefit Dallas Theater Center’s nationally recognized education program, DTC Project Discovery. For 30 years, Dallas Theater Center has partnered with area schools to engage students through a multi-layered, season-long program. From playwriting to sword-fighting, the program introduces students who have little or no experience with theater to the art of theater-making, and gives them confidence and experience to perform before their peers and be at home in the theater. Since inception, Project Discovery has helped over 265,000 students and teachers experience and study the finest in live professional theater at little to no cost.
