Movies that Should Be Musicals: A League of their Own

Fearing's at the Ritz Carlton

The Wild Detectives cafe is teaming up with Fearing’s Restaurant to present a new series of cultural happenings in the heart of Uptown Dallas. Live Oak Sessions are inventive outdoor entertainment experiences designed to stimulate conversation and encourage real communication over cocktails.

For their first event on April 12, they've enlisted the help of creator/performer Brigham Mosley and director Janielle Kastner (Shakespeare in the Bar) who have written an original cabaret-style musical for the occasion called "Movies that Should Be Musicals: A League of Their Own." Selected scenes from the film will be interspersed with live music, dance and commentary as guests are entertained and inspired while enjoying the Live Oak Bar & Patio.

The Live Oak Bar is an intimate setting but space is limited.
