Longfellow Gallery is pleased to announce their debut show and it will feature the work of new artist Rodd Gray in his first ever solo exhibition: "I Dream in Color." The artist embraces the use of rich hues and textures to craft his multi-media works.
Gray is a well-known figure in the Dallas LGBT community and through his extensive charity work he has raised more than $3 million dollars over the years. He founded the nonprofit Home for the Holidays and is the Mistress of Ceremonies – as his alter ego Patti le Plae Safe - for Gay Bingo which is held monthly and benefits the Resource Center. Additionally, Gray is an Air Force disabled veteran, Miss Gay USA (1995), and owns his own hair salon.
